Help! I got an email saying my subscribers were imported. But when
I sign in, there aren't any. Does anyone have any advice? I am very
frustrated.

Also, when my website designer logs in with my same login and password
info, she sees subscribers listed. But when I log in, it says 0.

And needless to say, my newest blog post didn't go out to any of my
phantom subscribers!

Now they suddenly showed up again, with a status of "importing."
Even though I had already imported them. OK, hopefully this will be
resolved!

Hi Cathy,

Strange - sorry for the confusion on that.  Not sure entirely what happened, but as long as they show "importing" you are all set.  It can take a while to get them all in there.  Your mailings should start to go out to them now so hopefully you are all set.  Feel free to write back if anything else comes up.

Thank you,
Brian Armstrong

Hi Brian,

I thought since the subscribers showed up, it would generate an email
this morning to my list, but it didn't. (I set it up for 9am eastern
time, and it's 30 minutes after that.)

And the subcsribers' status still says "importing", does that status
ever change? There are only 66 subscribers.

To send my most recent post to the subscribers manually, do I just
click on the email blast button?

Thanks.

Hi Cathy,

I checked and it looks like your mailing went out.  I noticed that you created two accounts, so this may be part of the confusion.

Signing in with the widget on the left and typing your email/password on the right are not the same thing (they lead to separate accounts).  I'd recommend just using the email/password on the right since this account appears to have the subscribers and mailings going out.

Those subscribers will stay in the "importing" state until the import process completes (which takes several days and posts going out).  More info here:

Also if the mailings don't go out exactly at the right time, this may help explain why:

Hope it helps!

Thank you,
Brian Armstrong

Hi again Brian,

Just wondering why it says there were only 11 recipients of my mailing, when I have 66 subscribers.  Can you let me know?

Thanks,
Cathy

Hi Cathy,

There are some more details here:

But basically, it starts sending to your list slowly to test it first.  It should be sending to your full list after a few more posts.

Thank you,

Ugh.  Is there a way to determine which 11 got it so I can send it to the rest manually?

Sorry but unfortunately there is not.  However, when we email a subscriber for the first time, we send them all posts they may have missed during the import process in that first email.
