Hi,

I have had a pro account for almost a year now (login
kf.ac...@kuali.org). FeedmailPro is listed as a "preapproved
payment" on my paypal account, and the credit card that I have on file
with Paypal is verified and works fine for everything else that it is
used for. My payment history shows that FeedMailPro has been paid on
the 4th of every month up through July.

Today we posted the first mailing to our list in a few weeks, and
after wondering why it hadn't been sent out yet I checked the
FeedmailPro site. My account no longer appears to be a pro account.
When I click the button to make it a pro account, I enter my paypal
credentials, click the Agree to Pay button, and get a generic error
message that says that the payment couldn't be processed.

I'm a little surprised that I got no alert whatsoever from FeelMailPro
that there was any problem. Also, since I can't find a problem with my
Paypal account or my credit card, I'm desperate to know how I can get
the message out to my list. Please help me ASAP.

Thanks,
Zach

Hi Zach,

Responded to you directly about this issue in a separate email. A
notification was sent - but looks like it was an issue with Paypal.

For any others who come across this thread, in general there are two
steps to try if a payment fails from within Paypal:

First Option:
From within Paypal, find the transaction which failed and see if there
is an option to update the "Funding Source". You may need to click on
the "related transaction" to view the original subscription creation
before updating the funding source.

Second Option:
Cancel the subscription from within Paypal. Then return to
FeedmailPro to create a *new* subscription. This should resolve it if
the above method fails.

Thank you,
Brian Armstrong
