FJ Update: Improved PDF layout

An update has been rolled out for FeedJournal:

CHANGE LOG (2008-03-22):
- Improve list rendering in PDF.
- Remove empty space between paragraphs.
- Indent first line of paragraphs [Thanks David!]

I would prefer to see some sort of gap between paragraphs, perhaps
this could be an option?

Also, where subheaders are used they show as the same format in FJ.
Clearer representation of subheadings and better use of white-space
would make the finished publication much easier to read.
