Including images in basic account

Hi,
When I look at the feature list, image support is only listed as for
Gold members ($59/m) but I have read in the group that when you
removed the silver membership you made image support available for the
basic (free) accounts.
When I do a trial issue using the publisher, I get images. When I use
the free account (reader) I don't get images even though I have
checked use images everyplace I can find ... when I view the feed
(http://feeds.feedburner.com/ciaa-live_newsfeed) the images are
there ... is there a difference in image support? can anyone help me
figure out what I have done?

The image support is supposed to be identical between FeedJournal
Publisher and Reader.

Are you using the same feed for Publisher and Reader? Are the paper
dimensions the same? If the image is too small to fill an entire
column with a reasonable DPI, it is omitted.

As far as I can tell, they are the same size and images etc ... the
feed should be http://feeds.feedburner.com/ciaa-live_newsfeed for
each ...
any other ideas?

Any Help? We are a non-profit organization and there is no way we can
afford the $59 just for the images, but that seems to be the only way
it works for us ... we could pay $15-$25/m for a modified "gold"
membership and would be happy to support this project in doing so ...
it is just completely out of the question for essentially $60/m

Is there an option for a "limited membership?"
