simple string-searches can be done by database .filter instead of regex.

Some databases actually have support for regex'es, but I think single
relation
between posts and filters (match/not) should be a better approach, although
that will
require filters to be immutable.
Plus it's a more generic approach than just column-matching, so "filter"
itself can
be pretty much anything.
