Need to transfer Feedburner to another account

I need to transfer a feed from one account to another, but I can't find any options for doing so.  I keep reading this message when researching how to do it:

"Sign in to your account. Click the title of the feed you want to send to someone else in the My Feeds list, and then click "Transfer Feed..." You will then be prompted to enter the email address of the publisher to whom you wish to transfer this feed. Enter this email address and submit the form."

The only options I see are Configure proxy and Refresh Feed and Deactivate.

The new UX does not currently have an option to transfer a feed. If you need to transfer one we will need to do it on your behalf.  You can request a transfer by sending a request to feedburn...@google.com from the same email address that is in the RSS feed or from the email address that is the current owner of the feed. We will need to know the FeedBurner url and the address you would like to have the feed transferred to.
