Email subscribers have disappeared

Hi - my email subscribers have completely disappeared. I had 5,630 on January 25, and zero the next day and since then.

If email subscribers are no longer supported, I need to be able to download my list ASAP to transfer.

Please help.

Update: I was able to find, but it looks like the number of subscribers has dropped quite a bit vs historical levels recently (vs a long-term upward trend).
