Feed is displaying duplicate images for every post

My Feedburner is suddenly displaying duplicates of every featured image.
The first image is the thumbnail size like it should be. The second image is a duplicate, displayed at the original image size. Some of those original image sizes are 1000px+.
My newsletters are suddenly a mess, and I don't know what's changed. How do I fix this?
