Change in re-published content no longer showing in RSS/email?

Previously, Feedburner would email and in RSS show re-published articles (with new published date) as new content. It seems like a change was made in the last week where that is no longer the case. 

I'm not sure if this was intended or not, or if there is a setting that can be changed to reactivate this. 

I have a site that commonly republishes rewritten content and would like my subscribers to see the revised content as new content.
