Republished Content Not Showing in Feed

Republished content (with updated article post time) is not showing in the feed. I work on a site that frequently refreshes/reposts updated content under the same URL and republish as new content. This republished content needs to go out to subscribers and my email newsletters rely on the Feedburner RSS feed showing the refreshed content.

Can you fix this so that the Feedburner feed shows refreshed content at the top of the feed, based on publication date?
