Account owner deceased—how to get access?

I edit a website whose founder created a Feedburner account for the site but died without leaving behind information about how to log into it. The account is still functioning, sending out notices of what's posted on the site each day, but no one associated with the site or the founder's surviving family has been able to figure out how to access it.

Is there someone at Google I could communicate with to establish my identity and get the access information?
