Missing "Configure Stats"

The "Configure Stats" section on my feed panel is missing. Lots of articles tell me it should be under the Analyze tab, in the left column, but it's not there. How do I access it? I'm unable to link my feed to Google Analytics without it.

The per item analytics has been deprecated as part of the move to a new tech stack and the maintenance mode of FeedBurner.  We will continue to offer download and request counters but not on a per item basis.
