Refresh a feed without access to the account?

Any ideas on how to ping a Feedburner feed without access to the account?

We used to use https://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/ping but that's been offline for quite sometime. Now I keep ending up with a feed not updating for days at a time and I can't diagnose the issue without a way of refreshing.
