my church website uses feed burner to retrieve sermons from sermon cloud which is a hosting site for our audio. when i try to use feedburner ping i get an error page saying the requested url was not found on this server. when i try to refresh the feed it say can't force refresh the feed. can you please help me repair my feed.

The old ping functionality was part of the old FeedBurner servers which were turned down. If you need to manually refresh your feed you will need to go to http://feedburner.google.com and for the feed you wish to refresh, click on the overflow menu on the far right (three vertical dots) and select "Refresh feed". This will force it to update immediately.

Your source url looks incorrect. It is pointing to your FeedBurner feed, it should be pointing to the server serving the original RSS feed.
