RSS does not update automatically. Manual Refresh Works

When I manually refresh, it works.  Otherwise, it does not automatically renew.

Can someone over at Google see what's going on in the logs?

First problem : you're using cloudflare. 
At the very least  , don't use it for the feed url or whitelist feedburner user-agent.
