Update 'Configure ITunes tags' Feedburner form to current Apple Categories

How can I get the ITunes Categories updated on the 'Configure ITunes tags' Feedburner form? I'd like to use the category 'Daily News.' Our RSS does not validate via WC3 because of the outdated iTunes Category "News & Politics' currently available as an option via the Feedburner form.

Also, validation is broken by Feeburner ITunes tag selector for Explicit which needs to True or False, not Yes or No.
Or -- is there a way to not use/apply Feedburner's ITunes tags at all?
