subscribers not notified of new posts

Hi Guys - I am very new to this and have a problem - I just started a blog and added a gadget for subscribers to follow me , I just checked anfd it seems I have 56 followers , 31 which are verified but it seems none have been notified of a post I published yesterday. My computer skills are pretty basic so any help in idiot proof language would be really appreciated

I am having the same issue. How do I make it so my subscribers get notified when I publish a new post? This is an ongoing problem.

I don't manage the certificate. I wonder if this is an issue with tumblr?


