Client lost access to Feedburner feed that previous employee set-up

Our client noticed that their blog updates were no longer being sent out as email notifications. I understand that this service has been discontinued by Google. A previous employee at the company set-up the Feedburner account, but nobody knows how to access it.
Are there any options for recovering the subscribers to that feed, or are they SOL?

Is the feed associated with an organization at all?
