RSS to Mailchimp problem!

Hi! I try to turn my rss 2.0 feed into Mailchimp mailing list, in the process i faced two problems:
I can not resize my images from feed to fit into email correctly, and videos are not displaying at all.
Mailchimp support guy explained to me that the reason is my rss feed not containing <media:content> tags which are being read by the robot to interpret videos and images correctly. How can this be resolved? Thanks in advance.
