Hi,

The required SiteStats script cannot be found on your blog. Please install the script, the code page can be found via Analyze --> FeedBurner Stats --> Get the HTML code to collect stats on your site.

@LedaRuthPapa:

You are advised to start your own thread in the future.

Have you burnt your feed already? Have you got your FeedBurner feed address?

Hi everybody,

I am having the same problem, my stats went to zero from one day to the other. This is totally impossible. No change was made on my blog's configuration in the last week.

This is my blog:

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Thanks!

Same problem here. We have about 20 feeds that until this morning were showing the right number of subscribers (the most diffused has 35.000 ss.). Now all of them are showing 0 subscribers in Feedburner!

Hi Folks-

Just a reminder, if you don't provide your FeedBurner feed URL, we can't troubleshoot the problem.

:shock: My subscribers dropped like bricks in a river. I think the visits have always been off too... one day I recieved over 50 comments but my stats recorded under 20. Am I doing this wrong? Yes, I am a newb :lol:

I have a similar problem at www.prworks.ca. My stats graph shows 0 subscribers, but when you mouse over, it shows them fine.

My subscriber count dropped to 0 as of Feb 5 and has stayed there since. This is on both the bar graph and the number shown. If this continues, should I delete and sign up again?

The FeedBlitz anomaly from Jan 19th is skewing the 30day chart; once the 19th if off of that chart, the visual display should become usable again. As you note, mouseovers reveal the actual number, and our tracking of your subs is working properly.

General note: If your average daily subscriber count is less than ~30, you may see wild daily fluctuations, including zeroes. It's just the nature of low-subscription feeds that some subscribers don't show up on some days, and therefore we don't count them. Don't delete your feed! Make sure you're properly promoting it instead.
