Hi,

This is a continuation of my questions from this forum regarding
feedburner feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheCopywritersCrucible
which was moved from http://feeds.feedburner.com/SEObusinessbloggingandcopywritingintheuk

http://forums.feedburner.com/viewtopic.php?p=65919

My posts currently arent being delivered to my email subscribers and
when I tried testing my email subscription box it advised me that
email subscribers had been deactivated yet they appear active in my
feedburner account.

Also 94 subscribers have moved back onto my old feed
(SEObusinessbloggingandcopywritingintheuk ) which is due to be
deactivated with only 5 left on the new feed whereas a week ago I had
240, and unfortunately appear to have lost 100 since moving domains.

Please can you advise if someone can check there isn't a technical
issue with my account?

Thanks,

Matt.

Something is definitely fouled up internally on the email subscription
settings here, post-transfer. I'll see what I can determine and get a
fix in place.

Hey Matt,
Can you check if you can subscribe to your list, I was able to
subscribe ? Let us know. Regarding your email deliveries, let us know
when you have made a new post and expect it to be delivered so we can
check if something is not right. Can you also let us know how many
email subscribers you had in your old feed ? Also if possible a few
email addresses that you expected to be there but doesn't show up in
your email subscriber list.

Thanks,
Arun

Hi Arun,

My email subscribers were moved across from my old feed to the new one
by Matt on the Feedburner help team = please see comments on:

http://forums.feedburner.com/viewtopic.php?t=20970&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=20

My subscribers are all listed in the Publicize tab for email but not
on the main Analyze tab which might have something to do with why
they're not receiving my posts.

The good news is my subscription box does not appear to be working.

Is there anything you can do to check what is going on with my other
subscribers? Previously 200 were successfully moved over to my new
feed but on Friday 14th March they all disappeared and 37 have only
just reappeared today? Also, 91 subscribers have been moved back onto
my old feed which is due to deactivate soon?

Thanks,

Matt.

Hey there -- are you using our FeedSmith plugin to redirect *feed*
traffic for http://copywriterscrucible.com/feed/rss/ ? If not, you
should -- that should restore some missing feed subscribers. I'll also
see if we can extend and properly redirect the old old feed to your
new FB feed.

Hi Matt,

I've installed it so fingers crossed.

We've also redirected traffic from your old FB feed to your new one,
as mentioned above. /TheCopywritersCubicle should start to reflect
your full subscriber stats picture starting tomorrow, I should think.
Please post an update if you don't see better results.

I had a feedburner feed registered for my site www.orlandogymrat.blogspot.com but lost all of my subscribers when I changed my domain to www.fitnessinanevolutionarydirection.com  I've tried to "troubleshootize", but to no avail.  Please help!

Hello,

same problem here. I changed domain from iisforisabel.blogspot.com to isabeltoujours.blogspot.com and I lost all my 300 feedburner subscribers. Is there any chance you guys at Feedburner can fix that for me please?

At what point did you create the stub blog at the old address and set the Post Feed Redirect to the feedburner feed ?

When you changed the domain URL , did you change anything else but the Original Feed URL in the feedburner feed details ?

I created it just last night and set the feed redirect to the feedburner feed also. Too late? Regarding your second question, I think I changed everything but the original feed URL details in Feedburner. I'm not sure if the old feed was deleted by mistake and therefore I lost my subscribers or that feed just got obsolete once I changed my domain URL in Blogger.

The original feed is the only thing you should've changed.
You might recover a small amount of subscribers if you recreate a feedburner feed
with the old feedburner feed address but the new original feed.

Any email subscribers you had are likely gone for good.
Any subscribers to the feed of the the old blogspot URL should reappear in
feedburner stats in a day or two.

Hi,

I have regained nearly all my old feedburner subscribers since I created the stub blog so that's great, it worked! Thank you for the advice.

Now I have bought my own domain and I wanted to ask if I need to update any details on Feedburner or readers will be redirected straightaway please.

Thank you.
