Problems with Subscriptions

I have a blog here http://www.MyEphemerae.com.
I have a link on my blog there to subscribe to my blog feed
through feedburner. The link goes here
http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/emailverifySubmit?feedId=857373
However, if you click this, the resulting page does not contain the
name of my blog.
Not only that the confirming emails don't contain the name of my
blog.
It all seems to work, but the name of my blog is MISSING.
How do I fix that? Where is the magic button that adds the name of my
blog
