Feedburner stats showing 0 subscribers for the past 3 days (I have thousands normally).

Hi!

I just logged into Feedburner to check something and noticed that for the past three days (since March 9) my feedburner stats show zero subscribers and zero reach. The feed seems fine from what I can tell, and is updating properly. Any ideas what is going on? I can post a link to my feed if necessary.

Same problem here, for the same timeframe. I have four different feeds with Feedburner and they all show zero subscribers and zero reach. Strangely reassuring that I'm not the only one.

Same issue here - glad to know it wasn't just me. Unfortunately I have no clue what the issue is then, it seems to be internal with Feedburner

Well, it's good to know I'm not the only one -- I thought something horrible might have happened to my feed, but it sounds like it's just an error with the Feedburner stats. Thanks for the feedback!

Same here. It's been a good run for a while, but I've had to deal with this too many times. Stats is the only reason I use the service, and they're unreliable. Every time there is a lag in subscriber daily updates, you can bet the numbers will be off (often zero). Sometimes they correct the stats. This may be the last straw for me. Thinking I'll go with the paid services. Too many feedburner quirks and no real support.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one... So did google essentially just kill feedburner? I've been doing research over the last few days and the common wisdom seems to be to leave for another service... what are some alternatives? There doesn't seem to be one that is a easy as feedburner out there and they're all basically paid services... Looking at using soundcloud as a hosting site and podtrack to maintain analytics, but that could get very pricey... 

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

That kind of issues is not entirely new. It has happened in the past and it has always been fixed. Let's hope someone is on it this time too!

Everything's back up and running except for my map overlay. I can live with that, but in the longterm what are some alternatives to feedburner. I'm on ep 9 and this is inconvenient on ep 90 it would be catastrophic.

Looks like they fixed whatever it was; my stats are back too. I don't actually use Feedburner for anything but burning my feed, and am definitely ready to look for something else. The think that keeps me with Feedburner is that I'm afraid of doing something wrong and losing my subscribers. My media files are hosted at libsyn, so I'll probably look into what's involved in moving the feed over there.

Hope the stats are up and running for everyone else here :-)

And...feed burner is down...again... Can anyone speak to alternatives i.e. feedpress, blurbrry, podtrac? It is impossible to grow my podcast without reliable analytics and it's clear google does not care.

Yep, down again. I like the product (easy to use) and the price (free). Feedburner has provided more reliable email delivery than Mailchimp in my 3 years of testing on a daily basis. Mailchimp email didn't go out at all one day but Feedburner on the same day did.

Just to add my own voice to the choir: we had this issue around March 9th, where Feedburner stats flatlined for ~3 days, but came back (with the missing data intact), and I've noticed it's kicked off again, from about the 19th. So clearly it's not been fixed yet... but certainly on some corners of the internet it's suggested that Feedburner isn't a priority, anyway. I've not found a good alternative yet, but I wanted to add that last time it happened, it did get fixed, with no loss of data...

Update to my previous entry. My issues have reappeared as did everyone else's. I just noticed Google's Search Console has been performing infrastructure updates. Graphical data seems to be missing around the same dates as Feedburner drops. Possible that the issues are connected, or just coincidence?

Good news, now it has been fixed by FeedBurner. You can check. For my blog, www.cricketfrantic.com Feedburner is working alright now. Hopefully, it will work for you as well. Might be the issue was related to FeedBurner tools & servers.
