feed burner

hi there -

can anyone tell me how i can avoid the 2nd step in approving someone
for my feed? also if i wanted to add someone can i just do that or do
they have to sign up?

and finally...does anyone know what this means?

"Yes, this is FeedBurner, which means that this feed has been re-
burned somewhere else"

There is no verification step for people who just subscribe to your feed to read in a feed reader. 

If they subscribe for email updates, their email address needs to be verified. That step can't be skipped.

Where are you seeing that?

I believe it means that a new feed has been burned using your Feedburner feed as the original feed source.
