Feed Activity Not Updating

I've noticed for at least a month the item activity logged on my feed
is hopelessly wrong on most days.

For the most part it tells me about posts that I made a month or so
ago with teensy views (5-15) when my subscriber rates are over 5,000.

As an example, data for yesterday says that the most popular post was
from September 1st with 15 views. (I've posted pretty much every day
since then.)

Not all days are like this. As an example September 12th's data seems
to be accurate and logs 765 views for the previous day's post.

Days that seem correct:

August 25 & 26
Septebmer 11 & 12

Others may be, but the tallies are much lower and don't reflect the
newest content, which seems odd that old content would be more popular
than the new.

The uncommon uses reflects identical wonkiness.

Is there anyone on staff that can address this issue?

It is continuing to happen. Once or twice a week it seems accurate and
then other days seems to be doing the time warp showing me a trickle
of activity on my older posts.

Is there any other way to file a help ticket?

Okay, perhaps I'm looking at this the wrong way.

Is there anyone else experiencing this issue? Is everyone else getting
fresh data every day and I'm the only one who gets the fresh info only
every 10 days or so?
