Not updating in Google Reader

I have a bunch of subscribers complaining that they are not getting
updated feeds in their google readers...but all my email subscribers
get their emails every day. Any Idea how I can fix this issue?

I'm not getting updated either in Google Reader despite pinging and re-
syncing. It's been several hours now.

Yep, same thing for me - google reader never updated after I first
subscribed to my own feed (no matter how many times I ping it). In
fact, google feedburner won't update either. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Especially since it seems that you can't actually contact Google about
this stuff, or the fact that they have a serious lack of help files...
