email subscriptions disappeared

I had 44 subscribers by email and this morning they all disappeared.
When I tried to renew my own subscription, I got a message that I was
already subscribed. This is a disaster!

I´m having this same problem too. Yesterday (12/3) I had 522 active
subscribers and today (12/4) I have just 4 !! What is going on???

Same for me on one of my feeds but not the other. All the subscribers
are there except for the email ones. Surely the "powers that be" are
aware and will fix it soon.

Same issue occurred for me, with a bit of extra info:
I transferred my feed to my wife's account on Wednesday night so that
we could link our adsense account to both feeds.

When I checked my subscribers today, all the normal ones are in place,
but the email subscribers are gone for my feed, but my wife's feed is
fine.

My feed is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheScienceOfBeingDad
On Dec 2 I had 602 subscribers
Today I have 259 and 0 email subscribers.

Hopefully the Google admins are monitoring this forum and addressing
the issue since there does not seem to be a way to contact them
directly.

Just looking at some older known issues and I came upon this one:

14-MAY 2008: Our email delivery system did not poll some FeedBurner
feeds for updates on 13-May; as a result emails were not delivered and
email subscribers were not reported to FB subscriber totals for that
date. We're investigating this issue.

UPDATE 12:00 CST: We restarted the polling process; starting now, any
feed changes not yet delivered via email should be detected and
delivered, albeit up to three days late, and from this point forward
on your regularly scheduled window. We regret this error!

You may still see 0 email subscribers reported on your Analyze tab's
Feed Stats view for Wednesday 5/14; this should be the last day with
no reported email subscribers in this stretch. (Don't forget your
subscribers didn't just up and disappear; they're still listed under
Publicize > Email Subscriptions > Subscription Management.)



I just validated that all my subscribers are still visible under the
Publicize/Email Subscriptions link, so it seems like this problem is
similar to the one described above. Hopefully Feedburner will "re-
poll" the affected accounts so that the appropriate updates will go
out to our subscribers and we'll see our stats go back up to normal.

On Dec 2 I had 53 subscribers (1 by RSS and 52 by email)
Today I have 1 and 0 email subscribers.

The same thing has happened to me. I have worked so hard to get my
328 subscribers and today I have 22!!!!!!!!!!
This is a disaster. This is my business!! Is it just an error in the
number count?

OK, I'm calmer. I just looked under the Publicize>email subscriptions
and it has my number correct there but under the feed stats it still
says 22. I'm assuming that all 360 are going out then.

Today I have 13 subscribers!!

What´s the problem?
