No Author or Subtitle in iTunes?

Everything seems to be working fine with my podcast feed except this
one thing -

Underneath the title in iTunes it still says "Unknown" - I'm not sure
if this is for the author name or subtitle of the podcast, but either
way I'm not getting anywhere with Smartcast on this.

All of the other fields including, artwork, keywords, description
etc... work fine. Can anybody give me some assistance? Below is the
current xml feed.

Also - is there anyway that I can edit the xml with feedburner to
remove the issues with html inside the tags?

Nevermind about the Author - I just missed the field at the very
bottom of smartcast. Fixed that now.

Still curious about editing the html out of the xml feed though?

If you find out how to edit the xml let me know. I want to be able to
edit some of the item specific tags so that would be helpful. I made a
post asking about that awhile ago and never got a reply.
