New Apple Podcast sub-categories NOT reflected in FeedBurner

Apple podcast changed the categories and subcategories. 

I've a podcast in Health and it's subcategory is nutrition. However feedburner still includes Health as category but Fitness & Nutrition sub-category and because of that i can not update the subcategory info and missing subscribers.

I can not also edit the XML file. 

Any solution / offer for that?

Well, today all users received an email from feedburner that they will update the service and bring it on a "more modern platform" which probably means this will be fixed as well.
