Napkin Sketch Completed: Collaborative Notes

The idea is a collaborative note taking space that takes advantage of
a microblogging interface, but still allows space for collaboration.
It should also be customizable. Ideally, the admin/prof would be able
to update some options later if they wanted, so an admin link should
be created upon form creation. For instance, if discussion shouldn’t
happen during the class/lecture, the admin should be able to turn it
on afterwards.
