Feed not updating

Our podcast feed stopped updating on Wednesday, October 2. The original feed seems fine (https://news.wttw.com/podcast), but not updating on feedburner (https://feeds.feedburner.com/chicagotonight)? Please help!

The URL in the enclosure for the latest episode seems to be broken:

this file doesn't exist, returns a 404:

...also it says it has a length of 0, which is pretty telling as well - that's not a working audio enclosure url.

Thanks Andrew, that has been corrected (https://news.wttw.com/podcast), but the feedburner rss has not updated since 10/01 (https://feeds.feedburner.com/chicagotonight) which is root of the problem.

ah, I think I found the issue, we were blocking the google crawler in our cloudflare firewall. I adjusted that security rule and hoping that solves it!

Ah, still no updates... I created a custom rule in our cloudflare firewall to allow the google feedcatcher access and confirmed that the rule did work, that the feedcatcher bot was not blocked (followed this: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/whitelist-the-feedfetcher-google/589954). 

Is there any validation or any way we can further troubleshoot?

I'm seeing the same issues this morning. I've completely whitelisted feedburner in cloudflare and validated that feedburner is getting a 200 response from my webserver and shouldn't be having any issues, yet it still says it ' Can't force refresh the feed. '

it's something to do with our cloudflare configuration, it's making our rss a webpage -- if I remove the cloudflare proxy, it validates and the same rss on a server not on cloudflare validates also. So I'm at the mercy of cloudflare, which has zero support.
