Not quite sure where to report this, but I've found a few other instances of getting 403 errors from feedburner from various different feed readers, and the issues look related

Posting here in the hope the feedburner people monitor this and can respond.

The browser that I used started to send Sec- headers on xmlhttprequest generated requests and it caused feedburner feeds I am subscribed to to return 403 errors. When I switched the Sec- headers off (fortunately it's still switchable off), the feeds started working again.

The headers being sent are:

Sec-Fetch-Dest empty
Sec-Fetch-Mode no-cors
Sec-Fetch-Site cross-site
Sec-Fetch-User ?1

which the authors (who know more about this stuff than me) say indicate the request is coming from the user and should be authorised.

I haven't seen this problem with any of the other feeds I subscribe to. Just feedburner ones.
