Hi

I just upgraded, previously the plugin worked ok but now when testing
the feed link in settings it says "Unable to connect to FeedBurner"
and the stats page says "or some reason, this plugin cannot connect to
the FeedBurner Awareness API servers. This is usually due to a
configuration issue on your server. If you have questions, feel free
to send a message to this plugin's mailing list."

I can see Wordpress news, Wordpress Dev blog, top plugins etc on my
Dashboard fine so external content can be pulled in ok.

Am running WP 2.8.2

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,

sounds that you use feeds.feedburner.com/yourFeed in feed stats option
page.
Change it to feeds2.feedburner.com/yourFeed and try it again.

Give me a short feedback if it works or not.

I'm afraid using feeds2.feedburner.com/jasonkitcat doesn't work
either.

All the best,
Jason

That suggests that there is an error occurring deeper within the
plugin. Would you be willing to run a custom version of the plugin
that will display more detailed information about the cause of the
error? If you're interested, I can put that together and send that to
you within a few days.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Sure that would be great Jonathan. Drop me an email whenever it's
convenient for you.

All the best,

I've attached a version of the plugin that displays a dump of the HTTP
engine's log below the unknown error screen. If you send me the
information displayed below the "Unknown error" message in Dashboard
=> Feed Stats, I should be able to help you out with the error. If
there's any information you'd rather not send me, feel free to not
include it.

Cheers,
Jonathan
