I installed this plugin a few weeks ago, but it hasn't started showing
my feed's stats yet. When I go to the stats page, it gives me this
message:

It appears that this is a brand new FeedBurner account—please wait a
day or two for your first stats to appear. If you know than you do
have stats, then your server is probably having issues communicating
with FeedBurner.

Any idea why?

Thanks for asking me about this! I'd love to help.

At this point, I don't quite have enough information to make an
accurate diagnosis. Could you please tell me:

* What the official Google FeedBurner control panel says about
your feed's stats.
* Whether the "WordPress Development Blog" and "Other WordPress
News" widgets work properly on the Dashboard page of your WordPress
control panel (they function in a similar fashion to this plugin)

I really want to make sure that this plugin works out for you.

Best regards,

Thanks for your help.

It shows that they're working fine. It shows that I have a few
subscribers, and it shows a graph of my subscribers over time. I've
enabled the Awareness API to allow external access to my traffic data.

These are working fine too. Each shows recent updates to those blogs.

When improving the plugin in preparation for the release of version
1.0.6, I uncovered some bugs with the way that the plugin talks to
FeedBurner's servers and handles errors that FeedBurner's servers
return. That may have caused the issues that you were encountering.
For version 1.0.6 of the plugin, I rewrote most of the code that deals
with that. 1.0.6 has not been officially released yet, but a fairly
stable beta can be found at:

http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/feed-stats-plugin.1.0.6-b1.zip

If you wish to test out this beta version, feel free to do so. I'll
probably release a final version in a few more days.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hey, thanks! The update works great. I'll definitely keep my eye out
for the official version.
