As far as I know, I've installed the plug-in on www.kani-ka-pila.com/wordpress/
However, when I attempt to run it the following message appears:

Please configure me.
This plugin doesn't have a FeedBurner feed URL on record to display.
Please go to the settings page for this plugin and type in a feed URL.

How do I get to the "settings" page to type in a feed url? And what
"feed url" is it looking for?

Thanks-you.

Hi!

Thanks for asking! You can get to the settings page by clicking on
the "Feed Stats" item under "Settings" in the sidebar of the WordPress
administration panel.

The Feed URL that you need to enter into the plugin is the URL of the
feed that FeedBurner generates from your sites' feed. You can find
this out by going into the stats page for your feed on the FeedBurner
website, clicking on the gray feed icon in the upper left corner of
the page below the title of your feed, and copying the URL of the feed
page out of your address bar.

When you paste that URL into the "Feed URL" field in the settings page
for this WordPress plugin and click "Save Changes," the plugin will be
able to talk to FeedBurner.

I've also attached some annotated screenshots of these processes to this mesage.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me!

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi! Thanks for asking!

This plugin integrates the statistics calculated by Google FeedBurner into
WordPress for easy access. In order to display the statistics for a feed,
that feed from your blog (like
http://www.rpm4guitarsolo.com/blog/?feed=rss2) first has to be submitted to
<http://feedburner.google.com/>. FeedBurner will create a new feed out of
your feed that is tracked. The URL of the tracked copy of your feed that
is at FeedBurner is what goes into the "FeedBurner Feed URL" field of the
plugin settings page.

Since the only feed that FeedBurner can track directly is the one that it
generates (rather than the default WordPress-generated feed), you might
consider using a plugin like FeedBurner FeedSmith
<http://www.google.com/support/feedburner/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=78483>
to ensure that your readers view the copy of your feed that is tracked.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hope this helps,
Jonathan
