What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a feed that contains urls in the text, like
http://twitter.com/positives
2. try to click a link - nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest one, I guess.

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe you could add some kind of regexp plugin in order to make those links
work?
