Hi Everyone,

We are making our way through December, and I imagine a lot of folks will be wrapping up (no pun intended 😉) for the holidays here by the end of this week. So what better time than to send out our Week 2 Holiday Activity!!

This week we are decorating gingerbread houses!

 

2023 Fedora Holiday Activities 

Week 2 – Gingerbread House Decorating Challenge

This week we will be decorating gingerbread houses and sharing them with the community to test our creative skills.

How to Play:

1. Go to the following link: https://www.abcya.com/games/kids_make_a_gingerbread_house
1. Please be advised this is an external site and is not associated or endorsed by Lyrasis or Fedora in any way. There is a short ad that will play first.
2. Click on the green "Play" arrow and begin building your gingerbread house.
3. Save your gingerbread house by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. This will download your gingerbread house to your computer.
4. Share your gingerbread house on the #Gingerbread channel on the Fedora Slack channel for all to see!

This is a quick little reminder about this week’s Holiday Activity – Gingerbread Decorating Challenge! We have some fun houses already being shared in the #gingerbread Fedora Slack channel 😉 and we would love to see some more! I may even have prizes for creativity!
