Hi Everyone,
This is a reminder that there is an upcoming Solutions Showcase taking place Wednesday, August 19 @ 11am Eastern.
We are excited to welcome back Michael Della Bitta from the
Internet Archive who will be giving us
an in-depth look at what it looks like to operate a
batch crawling job. In this session he will
give an overview of different types of crawlers, discuss why you'd want to use multiple types, and how that might inform
how you think about and work with the crawling ecosystem.
A slight
twist on what we normally cover in the Solutions Showcase Series, but the goal of this session is to bring a new perspective on harvesting
bots, and provide information on the crawling ecosystem from the inside.
As always, registration is FREE. The session will be recorded, and all registered attendees will receive a link to the recording after the session.
See you August 19th!
Cheers,
Arran
