Hey Pranjal,

You can hold a RP. These kind of activities come under CommOps and Sachin (Skamath) is the best person
to give you advices on how to proceed.
I would say , you need to create a wiki and for that you need CLA+1 , so talk to skamath.
if you need a poster , you can simply download this [1] and modify.
