Hello everyone,
I hope you’re having a good week. On May 3rd, the Fedora team held an open community conversation to gather use cases and have an open discussion about the use of archival groups vs atomic resources for Fedora 6 users. Our goal was to foster conversation about the different use cases for each resource type and what impacts each might have, specifically looking at OCFL object generation.
The recording of the conversation is available on the Fedora YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/satsPxsD1-g
Thank you to all those who turned out. I think the discussion is important to our community, and we look forward to continuing to gather use cases as we see more and more Fedora 6 implementations. If you were unable to participate in the live meeting, but wish to share your use case, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Cheers,
Arran
