Somehow I am not receiving group emails any longer.  The last posting (from the group) that I received was in November 2009.

I would like to continue to be a member and receive emails.  Please let me know if there is anything I need to do.

Thank you,

Elsa Rhoads

I don’t think there’s a need for concern; the group has been dormant for a while….

Best,

Hi Elsa,

The reason you are not receiving emails is that none are being sent. This is largely my fault. I began a doctoral program a year ago, and now am deeply into my research. I simply don't have time to pursue the Federal KM Initiative at this time. Also, my experience in pursuing it initially was mixed. There were some naysayers who provided a great deal of friction and criticism, which I suppose is normal, but nonetheless was unexpected.

We still have a vision, but it is unsupported by funds or energy at the moment. Someone said a vision without funds is a hallucination. I hope that is not the case, but the idea of getting a  Federal KM Center established now seems remote, especially in this atmosphere of political gridlock and polarization.

Best regards to all,

Neil

Hope all is well with you. Will you be attending the eGov (1105) KM Conference May 3 – 5?
