There have been a few comments lately about troubleshooting FED3. We host a FED3 troubleshooting page with some tips including how to troubleshoot the Arduino IDE connection, pellet jams, SD card issues, cleaning the electronics, and re-setting the clock.
Please check it out - we just updated it! If anyone has any additional tips or issues post them here and I can add them too.
