FED not turning on unless plugged in

Hi everyone, we are having an issue with our FED where it is not turning on unless it is plugged in. It charged overnight and we are able to see that the battery is sufficiently charged, yet the screen is blank when we turn it on unless it is simultaneously charging. Has anybody had this issue before/what did you do to fix this? Thank you!

This sounds like a battery problem, perhaps it's not charging correctly. Would you have another battery you can try in the FED3? Or a lipo charger like this one to charge the battery while it is out of the FED3?
