Hey all,

Just wanted to share this new update for FED3 Viz (0.5.0), in case anyone is currently using the program or would like to use it for plotting FED data.  I've gotten some great input from a few users here and there (and from a brief demonstration with the Hardaway lab!).

I've added a couple of circular "chronograms", i.e. plots which show the average behavior across the light cycle.  These are maybe a little more intuitive compared to the previous rectangular version.

There's also a new simple plot for visualizing the new poke time column (the duration of the beam break for each nose poke).  This can be separated for correct/incorrect pokes (or left/right):

I've also added new save formats for images (JPEG, TIFF, SVG, PDF, instead of just PNG).

There are other small changes & improvements here and there, but the program will surely benefit from more input if people have more comments or critiques.  Here's a link to the project GitHub (with installation instructions and documentation) as well as the update:

Happy new year!
Tom

Thanks for these updatesTom! I look forward to looking at this aspect of the data in some experiments we have running now.
