So yestereday kandace and I were talking about a truck I want: (cont'd below picture)

 

Well kandace said she didnt like it because it was "too jesse james hipsterish... you know - like tattooed americanan tattoo hipster..."

 

Which made us realize, there is no real clever or usable term or nomenclature to describe said subculture. Granted, an Alpha Male Hipster douchebag will always be just that, but seems to me there could and should be some witty name out there for these elitist, all things grease, wrench, and ink-types we all know and see.

Funny - I don't really see Rob as the JJ type, tattoos and pick up truck aside. Maybe more of a neo-realist or Steinbeck hipster (a 'beck hipster?). Think Dust Bowl era meets modern sub-pop Georgia or Seattle.
