Hello, Church Street!

 

As you know, I’m probably the biggest square in this school (my children are pretty square, too). However, someone has asked me to review his Christian rap CD. I’ve listened and like the Christian lyrics, but I don’t know enough about rap music to judge the quality of the music and rapping. If you are into rap, please help me. Take the CD home, listen to it over the weekend and tell me what you think about it next week. If you have teenagers who are into rap, I would love to hear their opinions as well. I really appreciate your help.

On another note, I made a joke this morning at work. I went into my coworkers Outlook while he was away from his desk, and I adjusted his auto correct function. Every time he typed the word "the", Outlook automatically changed it to "brontosaurus." Hee Hee. Practical Joke Friday....pass it on.

2. i think elizabutt is onto something here...maybe instead of returning said CD with lecture, let's swap out the CD with some Insane Clown Posse or Ice Cube...give this dude a taste of true lyrical geniuses;)

3. listening to christian rap during painting is completely out of the question, anya.  not possible.  we would all turn into flesh eating zombies and i can guaruntee you that nothing will get accomplished.
