Since its main feature is being an automated WYSIWYG editor, Artisteer separates the HTML code from the visual design, a design choice intended to make it easier for users to create web templates and blog themes. The application can also create tableless layouts. The new created code complies with W3C standards, and generated themes are compatible with most browsers.

Other nifty features that come with TemplateToaster are custom widgets, which can be added to your theme to increase functionality. In addition, the software has full social media integration where you will be able to add buttons for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media sites. TemplateToaster also has incredible media tools, which enable you to add and edit images, slide shows, menus and fonts. In normal circumstances these are tools which require you to know how to code but TemplateToaster helps you out with very intuitive and user friendly features.

My question is can I get my embedded deployed code to call the css style sheet from Caspio, instead of that of the webpage??? I've tried copying all the css into the webpage's style sheet, but for some reason my tables on this website appends a number at the end of of the css selector... for example:

This is the common problem for CMS users. If you use embed code, the datapage become a part of a webpage, hence inherits all style attributes, defined for the webpage. Is your CMS allows editing CSS code of your theme? If yes, you need to edit CSS of your CMS and delete or edit some attributes.

The software has an html insert function, but it's limited to the block i'm editing, and doesn't give me access to the header. I think there may be a setting that allows the user to add code to the header, but I haven't played with that yet.

It generates unnecessary codes while you are building templates or themes using Artisteer. It will generate extra CSS code, additional .JS code and PHP code, as well. Ultimately you will be presented with a chunk of total messy code. That definitely won't create your pleasure moment.

First, find
h1.art-logo-name, h1.art-logo-name a, h1.art-logo-name a:link, h1.art-logo-name a:visited, h1.art-logo-name a:hover

and replace them with . . .
h2.art-logo-name, h2.art-logo-name a, h2.art-logo-name a:link, h2.art-logo-name a:visited, h2.art-logo-name a:hover

Second
If your site has dynamic text in your header, you will need to update your css file for your header too
Find the h1.art items
Replace these with h2.art
Older versions of Artisteer before v2.4.x

Artisteer is constantly working to improve and refine the css code its themes, skins, and templates generate. So the css code used for the current version, artisteer 2.4, may be different than older versions
2.3 generated css code that looked like this
To fix this, simply copy the font-size and color from the h2 to the h1 section, because the theme was designed to display things as shown by h2, so you do not want your theme to break with the wrong color and size on titles. Alternatively, when you design your themes in Artisteer, make sure that your H1 and H2 settings, sizes and colors are the same!

For some sites you may not want to make the change. The H1 emphasis on the site name may be a better option for sites that are not so much of a blog and more of a CMS setup, especially if the Name of the site is very close to the domain name (ergo keywords in the domain name) You may want to emphasize the h1 tag on the site name to help compete on the keywords in the site title and domain name, but if you plan to write a lot of blog articles and want those to be your main attraction then this change will help.
If you have condensed your css files to speed up artisteer page load times, the search and replace phrases may be different than mentioned above.

This week I was contacted by a business owner who wanted me to make their Joomla website template responsive. I took one look at the code to realize that it had been made with Artisteer. What gave it away? Code-bloat... and the fact that the original creator had used his name in the CSS tags.

Artisteer Web Design Software is a web design software that instantly creates website templates and blog themes. It includes additional export plug-ins through Marketplace, Plug-in development tools, custom value dialogues, library of Textures, Glares and Gradients. It also contains design suggestions and design features. It is an easy-to-use application that helps users with web designing and handling various codes. The software supports formats like ARTX, HTML, JPG, PNG, GIF and is highly compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera.

Also if you are using other 3rd party Bootstrap layout generators, they usually generate a lot of redundant proprietary code and layout. We can not possibly support every layout tool out there and if you really want to use those generators just stick to them. And if Pinegrow can edit them all - well just use it.

Well with all the above on my 2-3 day build, that one page is now going to double the time it takes me to do what the client requires, its also going to double my quote to the client. Maybe I am not the best coder out there because honestly to manually add the code required to do what I want mentioned above would have taken me a further 3 days in any of the other platforms i used.

You may need to check if the Artisteer version you have is compatible with PHP 8.1 and make necessary updates or changes to the code. You can also try reaching out to Artisteer support for assistance.

From the look of your image you actually want to move it down into the body of the page. You can move the login button by moving where it is in the php of your file - to say where, I would need to see more of the image of your page and also the theme layout file, as we have already found out from your previous posts that the artisteer theme designer software has put in various additional parts that are not in the standard themes for us to refer you to.

yes you get the point i mean i want to put the login button (Below the Benvenuto a formaper !) but sorry to ask you again from where i should change my code? i mean where i have to write the code. cause the label ( Benvenuto a formaper !) i write it from admin pannel .now in layout general. php i have to write the code or not?

hi richard,
i get where i have to write the code but in label html page when i write just your given code it does not apper in my homepage. but as u suggest me i have to copy my login code from theme .i find this one

but get confused how could i set up this code in my label html ?

Well, I'm afraid I have no idea about the artisteer divs without seeing the actual code of your theme - but don't put them into your label anyway. 'art-' presumably is artisteer, but 'postcontent' doesn't imply ' tags in login info block' to me, despite what their comment says.

In this book, you will see that you are able to design and prepare a professional-quality website template all alone, without anybody's help. You don't need to know how to draw or how to code. You don't need to worry about HTML, CSS, PHP, and all that complicated stuff. All you need is your copy of Artisteer.

If the website should contain some more sophisticated elements, such as photo galleries, fancy tooltips, movies, forms, and so on, or if it should be transformed into a template for a CMS, an additional code has to be written. This is the job of a programmer, who writes the code in a code editor using a client-side or server-side language (according to what should be achieved).

This allocation of tasks is of course quite hypothetical, and it may vary in particular teams and companies, but the goal was to show you the flow of the overall process. Sometimes the entire process is done by a single person, but in the case of bigger projects, it's not uncommon that every stage is realized by a group of people. Therefore, we're talking about a group of people (a team of various specialists) using different tools, such as graphics editors, WYSIWYG HTML editors, code editors, and so on.

Artisteer is not a code editor. You can press the Show the code button and take a look at the HTML file that will be generated (and even change it), but this is not the native way you will work with this application. The native way is "point and click". In a code editor you write the code and preview the results. In Artisteer you modify the results and preview the generated code.
