bah, there is no rumble port 0 (1-16) and ive played around with this before and took a long time to understand(i expected the pre-configured .cht rumble files where already configure) but yet almost all cheats has the "rumble when memory " is disabled by default.
edit: If you use the PAL version (not recommend anyway), them manually change both file names to an identical name. This works too, i've tried that. But it could be that the cheats aren't 100% compatible then.
If you are unable to use cheats on your Wii emulator for whatever reason, the save file should be usable by any SNES emulator. If this is true, take the save and load a copy of FE4 on your computer with Snes9X, then load the cheats. Do whatever you need to to survive, then save your game. Then copy the save back to your Wii emulator and load it.
By default, cheats are loaded from "/snes9xgx/cheats/". Cheat files must be placed in the cheats folder and named identically to the ROM name, except with a CHT extension. After putting the cheat file in the proper place and naming it correctly, you can access cheats in-game by pressing 'Home' after loading a game. A Cheats menu option should be available.
Covers should be placed in SD:\snes9xgx\Covers , but this can be configured.Covers MUST be 316X224 and in PNG format.Covers MUST have same name as game (minus the "[" , anything after it, and the space immediately before it) , but with a .png file extension.
I decided to check out the first code "7F5803" which had the value of 26. Click on the Add button to get to this menu. In the Enter New Value option, you have to choose an alternative value to 26, or you can set it to 26, and the value will remain fixed. Enter a name for your cheat in the Cheat Description. Hit the add button to add it to the cheats.
Now this is a basic way to find codes. If you are looking for a particular value, it certainly make your life easier, but try both methods. After trying it out a few times, you can be a cheats master!
I originally researched these cheats back when I played 64 Okunen Monogatari in 2003, but didn't release them until now, as I don't have an account at any of the cheats forums and don't intend to ever make one unless completely necessary.
When I got E.V.O. Search for Eden in 2006, I tested my cheats with it too. So, I can gladly inform you, that the cheats featured in the section below will work for both the Japanese and the English version of the game.
These cheats allow you to change your body parts into any body parts available ingame. This even includes the ones exclusive to the red crystal transformations and glitched ones, you were never meant to be able to encounter ingame.
