Hi Bella,
Thanks so much for getting back so quickly.
I think we have a couple of boxes lying around the kitchen. I shall make sure that nobody disposes of them until you can take what you need.
Cheers
Shaun

Thanks Shaun,
I hadn't realised it was quite so soon. Given it's exam period I think it will probably end up just being a few of us doing it. So does fusa have any boxes I can put stuff in?

Hi Will and Bella,
As you may be aware, the building works on the Mall level of the Union Building are scheduled to commence on November 24th.
During these works, it will be necessary to relocate all of the items that are in the Mall spaces to temporary storage locations.
It would be greatly appreciated if the people who use the Enviro Space could make their way down there this week and move any items that you wish to store down to the Geoff Harrison Room (and dispose of any that you do not). With regard to any items of (non-university owned) furniture, we can liaise with the caretakers to have items stored, but this may also be a good time to determine whether these items are required in the longer term and either disposed of or taken off campus.
Due to the short time frame, it is imperative that this is actioned quickly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries/require any further assistance.
Cheers
