1、既然用了正负电源,输出的耦合电容是不必要的。为了避免输出直流信号损坏喇叭,应该从反馈网络上考虑,使交流反馈与直流反馈不同。
2、输入级的偏置电阻不应该这样接。否则若输入不接(悬空),偏置电流将如何流?
3、输出级功率晶体管应该有保护和稳定工作点的发射极电阻(零点几欧姆)。现在这样接仿真没问题,但是实际电路一接,温度一升高,电流立即迅速增加,导
致功率晶体管烧毁。
4、三个二极管加一个电阻构成输出级的偏置电压形成电路,还不如用一个晶体管加两个电阻、一个电位器构成的VBE倍增电路,调整还更方便。
5、实际电路中还必须有电源退耦电容、功率管的散热器等。在接线上还要注意电源与接地的一点接地等问题。
6、似乎觉得220p的频率补偿电容偏大,整机的开环增益又太小。是否可以在调整设计时重新考虑一下?

陈老师,很感谢您的宝贵意见。
现在我们对第一点和第二点的建议做如下修改:
取消600u的输出耦合电容,输入级有24k的偏置电阻接地,信号源后接10u的隔直电容。反馈回路中r10分成两部分,1k和47k,47k接旁路电
容。这样直流增益减小到2。旁路电容取6.2u,以满足50hz的下截止要求。
第3和第5点建议在实际操作中一定会注意。
但是对于第4和第6点,还有些不明白,220p的电容一方面是频率补偿,另一方面是调节20khz的上截止频率。电路第二级的工作点调试也有些疑问。下

那么我们觉得如此去弄保护电路有点麻烦,还是直接加一个1000u左右的大电容,仿真结果显示频响能达标。王老师,这样可以么?

那么本电路不用OCL而采用电容耦合会有什么坏处么?
我查了一下中点监视电路还需要差分放大和继电器,会让整个电路又复杂许多。
